You can self-publish your book, in printed form, using a Print On Demand service called "Create Space", an Amazon.com Company , which prints each book, as it's ordered by customers through Amazon.com

You can self publish your book, in electronic form, as an ebook, selling it online as a download, using a service such as  E-junkie.com  (This service was suggested by one ebook self-publisher.) 

E-junkie provides shopping cart and buy now buttons to let you sell downloads and tangible goods on your website, eBay, MySpace, Google Base, CraigsList and other websites using PayPal, Google Checkout, Authorize.Net, TrialPay, 2CheckOut and ClickBank.
